The packages have arrived!

I got my main ingredients Tuesday lol! I bought a protein powder mix (protein powder with different types of protein), some krill, and Maca Magic. I also bought measuring tape. I only plan to measure myself once a week! I bought the Maca and Krill from iHerb.com. I bought the protein and measuring tape from BodyBuilding.com. Luckly I already have 20 pound adjustable ankle weights which I bought from Wal-mart about a year ago for around $20. I'll be going grocery shopping today (New Years Day) and stock up on some of the food they mentioned which really isn't much of a change, just means I need to start cooking more! Now, it said that a lot of these things weren't necessary for results (The Woman's Body Bible from GetABiggerButt.com) but that you should use them for the best results!

I've been saving for a while so I could make sure I got top rated stuff. Of course, there is cheaper which also has awesome quality, I was just going by the sites top rated things. :)

I'm going to get started using the stuff in The Woman's Body Bible right now! Lol, I can't wait! I want results SO bad!!! Here are my beginning measurements and pictures. Be NICE!:

I'm SOO Ready!

Hi! So I'm making this blog because I decided I wanted to change my looks permanently, NATURALLY! Lol! Hmm, so I initially wanted a bigger booty and smaller waist so I did some research. I found a book called The Woman's Body Bible which can be found on GetABiggerButt.com. I found other stuff, but this seems to be more popular among people. I bought the paperback and just finished looking over it.

To start, I'm not happy with my body. I hate it. I have stretch marks (which I now somewhat accept) and I'm not too curvy. I think it's because my torso is WAY small and my legs WAY long which makes me look A LOT less curvy. I have a small butt and carry a few more pounds around my waist then I'd like. So, basically, I'm tired of feeling a bit insecure and want to better myself and be more happy with who I am. I'm doing this for me by the way, and no one else.

Okay, so, I read the book and am pretty happy with the information. I'm going to be using the advice in it, and that alone. Right now, I'm about to hop online and order some of the things it said to buy (weights, oil, vit. e, protein, for example) and plan on starting 2010 (Next Week). I'll be posting pictures once a week and body videos and keep updates on measurements. I'll try to stay active on this blog because I feel it will help me stay determined!

I planned on posting videos and pictures. Since pictures can be edited, I figured videos can help better. At the moment, lol, I'm a bit shy on posting my face, but I'm sure with how many "trade marks" I have on my body you'll know it's really me! :)

I plan on doing the workout they mention in the woman's body bible once a week. YES! ONCE! lol. It said I only need to do it once a week. I might do cardio later on but I want to see where this book from getabiggerbutt.com takes me first! I'm also going to take Maca because I was previously on birth control and it messed up my hormones. I'm trying to lower my estrogen levels naturally.
